The CanvasIn the beginning, god created many men, placing them upon the empty world. These men feared many things, and as such, they laid on their backs looking up into the heavens, never eating, drinking, talking or fighting. From these men rose one strong man, who did not fear. His name was Adam, and he dared to look at all things, and he saw a dark figure. The figure came closer, and Adam saw that this dark creature was not like him and the others. He told the others of this, and they became distraught such that they too looked upon it. They were such disturbed by this odd creature, and they sought to destroy it.
